Is it a real Android or an emulator?

Can I receive SMS and calls?

Is my data safe?

Can I cancel anytime?

Does the Play Store work?
Yes, on Android 13 and 14 — those images ship with the Play Store preinstalled. You sign in with your own Google account inside the phone, so we never see your password. Google may ask you to register the device once; the pod page shows the ID and the steps. Android 15 and 16 have no Play Store yet.
